Shipping

ROYAL M!NT uses UPS as their primary and only shipping carrier.

Please note this may take longer for UPS to make a delivery; we cannot control the package once it leaves ROYAL M!NT.   

UPS does not deliver on federal holidays.

UPS does not deliver to PO BOX Addresses.

UPS makes several attempts to deliver a package, and after, UPS will call the customer and inform them of their delivery, to prevent any further delays with your delivery please make sure to give us your most accessible phone number.

In the event of undeliverable packages, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs to and from the delivery address and will receive a Store Credit for the returned goods.   


Sales Tax on Shipping & Handling: Depending on the destination of the shipment, sales taxes may apply.

Tracking your Order:
Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email will be sent to your registered email notifying you of your shipment. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 24 hours from your order date, please contact us at: services@shoproyalmint.com.

Returns and Exchanges

If you notice a shipping error, customer must notify customer service within 48 hours of receipt of shipment at services@shoproyalmint.com.

Returns must be in original condition, with all the original packaging, including the original invoice within 7 business days of receipt, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional processing time to post the transaction to your account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. ROYAL M!NT will not accept any item(s) returned with obvious signs of wear or with any of the original tags removed. However, ROYAL M!NT reserves the right to void, cancel any orders that appear to be fraudulent at any time. Furthermore, in the event of a suspicious purchase and return, ROYAL M!NT reserves the right to decide the return policy for such transaction(s). In such case(s), a refund may not be issued. Instead, a store credit will be given valid for one year from the day of the issuance.

We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.  Upon receipt of your returned items ROYAL M!NT will either email or mail you confirmation of your store credit or exchanged item.  Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt.  Customers are responsible for shipping costs for all returned items. A shipping fee will be charged for exchanges depending on destination and weight of package. 

Final Sale Are Non-Refundable

"Final Sale" items are:

• SALE merchandise or merchandise purchased with a promotional code or voucher
• Intimates and swimwear

Circle the items being returned on this original invoice, state your reason for the return and include this invoice in your shipment.
FOR EXCHANGES:
Circle the items being exchanged on this original invoice, and write below the item(s) you would like in exchange for the returned merchandise and include this invoice in your shipment. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability at the time of the receipt of your returned merchandise. Should the item(s) you would like for exchange be out of stock, a customer care representative will contact you either by phone or email.

You will receive an order confirmation on the final order page and an email confirmation when your order has been received. We will send you another email to notify you when your order has been fulfilled and your credit card receipt.
